The journey of Ghunas Films Production’s began in 2011 with the release of Punjabi music, and since then, the company has grown into a full-fledged film production and worldwide distribution brand.
Our Roots in Music (2007)The foundation of Ghunas Films Production’s was laid when T-Series, India’s top music label, launched Gurtej Singh Bhullar in a major Punjabi project titled “Hemkunt Di Pawan Dharti”, sung by renowned singer Amar Arshi Ji. This marked Gurtej Singh Bhullar’s official entry into the entertainment world.
Entry into Short Films (2016)In 2016, Ghunas Films Production’s began producing short films, bringing creative and socially impactful stories to the screen. This phase strengthened the company’s roots in visual storytelling.
Grand Entry into Cinema (2022)In 2022, the company took a bold leap into mainstream cinema with its first Bollywood film, “Aatmaraksha”, produced and globally distributed by Ghunas Films Production’s. Released on 30th December 2022, the film not only showcased the company’s cinematic vision but also marked the beginning of its worldwide distribution wing.
Expanding into Punjabi Cinema (2025)Continuing its commitment to culturally rich stories, Ghunas Films Production’s has produced its major Punjabi feature film titled “Mithiye”, which released on 3rd January 2025 in cinemas across India and abroad.
Today, Ghunas Films Production’s stands tall as a symbol of creativity, cultural pride, and cinematic excellence, with its strong presence in both Bollywood and Pollywood.
